1. This is a service suites apartment & thus does not have any reception. Please contact the owner ONE day prior to inform the arrival time & key collection. Contact details will be provided in the receipt.
2. Standard check in time after 3 pm and check out before 12 pm.
(Early check in or delay for check out can be arranged subject to availability)
3. One set of keys and access cards will be provided (Returned during check out. Lost of card and key, a RM50 penalty fee will be charged for each lost item)
