We just wanted to welcome you to our home. Our community is very quiet and we have a close relationship with our neighbours. Hence, do us a favour by following our house rules below:

1. Monitor noise level before 8am and after 9pm (party is not allowed).
2. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.
3. We are sorry – pets are not allowed.
4. Durians, mangosteen and any foods with strong stench are not permitted in our house.
5. Kindly use with care the homestay amenities as damages will be at your cost.
6. Keep it clean all the time as your own house for the duration of your stay.
7. Save our planet – you’re advised to switch off all lights, fan and air-conditioner and water taps when are not in use.
8. The safety of personal belongings is your own responsibility. Please inspect the house before check-out. We will not be held responsible for missing items.
9. Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and actions will be taken on the offenders.
